The Village at Western Oak is a southwest Austin community that is east of Hwy 290 and west of the Legend Oaks subdivision. This community offers community swimming, jogging trails, park and more. This community covers five neighborhoods, and over 600 acres, with 1622 homes in the Villages. Some of the earlier sections built between Beckett Rd. and Escarpment Blvd. along Abilene Trail do not have a mandatory home owner association.
